ALICE IS DONE!! I am so proud of my Alice in Wonderland amigurumi!!! She is not perfect but I love her! I think this Snow White will be my next doll.. and these will be her dwarves :) ************* On this weeks list to sew together...  I need to find my pipe cleaners so I can insert one in each ear so they don't flop to the sides. Bunny flag. I love the garden flags that Snappy Tops makes.  ****** And another Corner2Corner project. I found this Whovian CAL a few months back . I was looking for other projects for C2C. I am not a big Dr. Who fan..(someday I will finish watching it on Netflix), But I know a group of ladies that might go crazy over the bag I plan to make with the panels. This one is the 10th dr, The other panel I will be using is the DW panel. 

Motivation to finish my list is highly needed!! My hook challenge isn't doing too well. All those projects are holiday related and I've missed a few. Its silly to make Christmas items a few weeks before St, Patrick's day . But I did FINISH something thing week!! Guess how many skeins it took to finish this blanket? 

Someone needs to take away my yarn! Well until I finish the many many WIPS I have yet to lay my hands on again, This past week I started 4 new projects. So these I was against making because I don't need another blanket. But I am making them anyway. If you haven't seen this .. Its called Emoji C2C graphgan by Repeat Crafter Me. I am not keeping the gold emoji since it doesn't match the others. That's the one I started with and realized I didn't like it. There are 9 in the set plus 2 bonus squares. So I have 3 plus the replacement left and maybe the 2 bonus and one I will create myself. Since I am now addicted to C2C ( corner to corner) ... anything ( I found a pattern for a cat scarf..lol ) , I just can't stop.. While in the middle of one emoji square I started another but not of an emoji. I was looking for other patterns and I found a Whovian CAL by Two Hearts Crochet  . I am not much of a Dr Who fan so this CAL probably wont be started but I do ...

Hello 2016! I hope you all are enjoying the new year! After making the last of the 15 in 2015 projects with in only a few days I really didn't want to start anything new. So I grabbed this oldie and have been working on it for the past 3 days. I'm glad my cat loves it, since its for her :)  I hope I don't need to buy more yarn. This was the first pic I took last summer.

As I sit here thinking about this weeks post I realize I should've added more larger projects. I look at my list every few days , and even with a schedule , I don't want to make anything. :( I don't really like making scarves but I am on my second one. And I have another 2-3 on my list.  This week I added an item. I added a C2C ( corner to corner ) blanket of Monkey D. Luffy from my fiance's favorite anime One Piece. It won't be all that big, just enough for Jon to keep warm in the colder months while he plays his video games, Its a bit cold in this corner.  The shark blanket had to be restarted due to it being two different colors. I picked up some Lion Brand Hometown USA in Dallas gray thinking that's the color I had the most of... Nope. So the search continues, I don't know why the label was not on the other 2 skeins. But I don't think it will take me long to make once I get the 7-9 skeins I need.  I am so glad that I am almost do...

I can't believe it! I was hoping to get a little more done before I ran out. Wait, there is a project somewhere that I used this color yarn for...... but where is it ? My cat really likes the blanket. When I put it down she has to lay on it. :)  Speaking of my cat....  I made this the other day. I asked my facebook page followers to suggest something for me to make. One person suggested a giraffe cat hat.  Stormy doesn't like it too much.  As I said last week, I made a schedule for all my projects. An item for this month is the sunflower pixie hat . It was quick to make up. Size made is 0-3 mo.  ******* WIPS  (works in progress) Pokemon hat Dr. who hanging towel purple braid wig *******

This Corner 2 Corner blanket is coming out well. I will need more skeins to make it a decent size blanket of course. This is almost 1 skein of yarn. I plan to continue to increase until all of the yarn is used. I will need one for the decrease and maybe one to make it a rectangle from a square, if I decide to go that route. This has been a great stash buster. I've had this skein ( Red Heart : Bikini ) for over a year. I am not a fan of the color ( Christmas present ) so I haven't had the desire to make anything with it. I have a few ideas for other C2C blankets so stay tuned :)

I can't believe it's year 5 already....... this is my 3rd year participating. The last few days have been productive for me .I made a schedule for the next few months so I stay on track. I STARTED and  FINISHED the Zero lovey that was part of my hook challenge. It will be given to my cousin Ryder ( I really like that name ) due in October. I played with the pictures a little in editing. Its something different. ****** I got on the C2C bandwagon and started a few of my own. It is so addicting!! I love this!  I ran out of yarn for this one........ so I started this one. ( full skein not pictured)  ****** Also, I "dusted off" the Boston Bruin Blanket squares and started sewing them together. Its a bit tricking as you can see.... Why do I punish myself.. hehe my full project list can be found here .
