Final thoughts : 15 in 2015 projects

2015 has come to an end. Welcome 2016! Time for a new list . I am done with my 15 in 2015 list. YAY!

The projects you've see over the past few weeks were not the original projects. I revised the list a bunch of times. My taste was always changing. Same with my A Year of Projects list.
I didn't want to repeat the same pattern designer. I seemed to do that a few times. I really didn't have a theme besides all patterns were bought.

For 2016 I was thinking about making Ami's ( stuffed animal or doll) . But I am making those for my Year of Projects. The projects can't be too big since I have other things I have to make. So blankets are out. Hats and charity are already on another list.
I keep going back to all the patterns I've bought. still over 100 unmade projects. But if I know myself, I'll buy more and want to make those and not the ones on my list since my taste will change again.
I seem to be just rambling at this point.

But I want to challenge myself and make things that I don't usually make. So on the top of my list are graphed projects. I made a list on ravelry (sweeterin) in my faveorites if you wan to check them out. I used the tag 16in2016.

Here is to 2016 and to hopeing that I finish all projects with enough time to spare instead of rushing like this year.

Happy New Year to all my readers. That you for taking a few minutes out of your busy lives to check out my blog :) <3  I hope to see you in 2016 .

YOP5 week 34

Motivation to finish my list is highly needed!! My hook challenge isn't doing too well. All those projects are holiday related and I've missed a few. Its silly to make Christmas items a few weeks before St, Patrick's day . But I did FINISH something thing week!! Guess how many skeins it took to finish this blanket?

YOP year 5? Seriously?

I can't believe it's year 5 already....... this is my 3rd year participating. The last few days have been productive for me .I made a schedule for the next few months so I stay on track. I STARTED and  FINISHED the Zero lovey that was part of my hook challenge. It will be given to my cousin Ryder ( I really like that name ) due in October. I played with the pictures a little in editing. Its something different. ****** I got on the C2C bandwagon and started a few of my own. It is so addicting!! I love this!  I ran out of yarn for this one........ so I started this one. ( full skein not pictured)  ****** Also, I "dusted off" the Boston Bruin Blanket squares and started sewing them together. Its a bit tricking as you can see.... Why do I punish myself.. hehe my full project list can be found here .
