YOP5 week 37

I wasn't planning on posting anything this week since I have a cold from hell. I have no voice right now and it sucks. my cat looks at me weird..lol  My "hey kitty kitty" sounds a bit creepy.. :)

I don't think my list will ever be completed. I keep seeing things I want to make and they're not on my list so when I add them my list just gets longer... that's a bad Erin!

I haven't posted anything in a few weeks so I NEED to do this :)

This first project is actually part of my 16 in 2016 ... but I sorta have a theme for this week... any guesses on what that could be? hehe

Its getting so warm here in RI I might not be able to wear this on Thursday with out looking silly.

These I can definitely wear no mater what the weather is :)

Beer mug coasters ... I dont drink beer but that are cute anyway!

Back to my list...
I sewed on the arms and head to my Alice in wonderland ami

I am working on her legs and her hair should be added this week. Now you have something to look forward to for next week :)

For next week I hope to have a few more of my forgotten WIPs finished.

  2. The beer mats are hilarious! I especially like that you made a green beer one. I'm looking forward to seeing Alice with hair; right now she looks "post chemo and radiation" at first glance ;(

  3. Those shamrock earrings are great, and I can't wait to see Alice with hair. All your projects are great, Erin. And FWIW, while lists have their purpose, I happen to think it's great to make what strikes your fancy. It makes the heart glad. And others too. :^)

YOP5 week 34

Motivation to finish my list is highly needed!! My hook challenge isn't doing too well. All those projects are holiday related and I've missed a few. Its silly to make Christmas items a few weeks before St, Patrick's day . But I did FINISH something thing week!! Guess how many skeins it took to finish this blanket?

YOP year 5? Seriously?

I can't believe it's year 5 already....... this is my 3rd year participating. The last few days have been productive for me .I made a schedule for the next few months so I stay on track. I STARTED and  FINISHED the Zero lovey that was part of my hook challenge. It will be given to my cousin Ryder ( I really like that name ) due in October. I played with the pictures a little in editing. Its something different. ****** I got on the C2C bandwagon and started a few of my own. It is so addicting!! I love this!  I ran out of yarn for this one........ so I started this one. ( full skein not pictured)  ****** Also, I "dusted off" the Boston Bruin Blanket squares and started sewing them together. Its a bit tricking as you can see.... Why do I punish myself.. hehe my full project list can be found here .
